Ingredients:

  • Flat Out Italian Herb Flatbread
  • Spritz of Olive Oil
  • 1 Wedge The Laughing Cow Cheese Light Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil
  • 2 T-1/4 c Pizza Sauce (your taste)
  • 1/4 c Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Spritz flatbread with olive oil
  3. spread Laughing Cow cheese over bread
  4. spread pizza sauce over cheese
  5. spread mozzarella over sauce
  6. place pepperoni on top
  7. Bake for 6 mins or until edges start to crisp

To add more volume to your pizza, you can add tons of veggies for 0 points. I’m just not the biggest fan of veggies on my pizza!
